Our client provide consultancy services for the majority of the U.K’s leading energy suppliers. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a number of energy consultants to join their expanding team in their vibrant trendy central Manchester office.
Role responsibilities:
- You need to understand and assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Use effective account management to create and sustain client/customer relationships
- Respond to all leads and dispatch appropriate information as required
- Maintain the CRM database
- Process sales with a high degree of accuracy to varying supplier criteria
- Have an excellent telephone etiquette
Essential requirements:
- A talented individual that has B2B client account management skills and excellent telephone etiquette
- The energy to work in a lively office
- Excellent accuracy skills when it comes to written and verbal communication
- Enjoys working within a team
What’s on offer:
- Base salary between £18,000 – £25,000 per annum, OTE £40k
