Our client provide consultancy services for the majority of the U.K’s leading energy suppliers. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a number of energy consultants to join their expanding team in their vibrant trendy central Manchester office.

 

Role responsibilities:

  • You need to understand and assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Use effective account management to create and sustain client/customer relationships
  • Respond to all leads and dispatch appropriate information as required
  • Maintain the CRM database
  • Process sales with a high degree of accuracy to varying supplier criteria
  • Have an excellent telephone etiquette

 

Essential requirements:

  • A talented individual that has B2B client account management skills and excellent telephone etiquette
  • The energy to work in a lively office
  • Excellent accuracy skills when it comes to written and verbal communication
  • Enjoys working within a team

 

What’s on offer:

  • Base salary between £18,000 – £25,000 per annum, OTE £40k
