25 Jan Italian Speaking Purchasing Executive
Our client has been operating within the automotive industry for over 10 years. They have a fantastic reputation within their sector and are now experiencing an exciting period of growth. They are looking to hire an Italian Speaking Purchasing Executive to join their vibrant team in their Covid secure office in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Role responsibilities:
- Contacting suppliers and dealing with issues relating to purchase orders
- Negotiate prices
- Liaising with the accounting department for commercial invoices
- Liaising with the sales team to inform customers on the status of their orders
- Checking the status of orders via the Tracking Numbers and inform the customers
- Communicating with customers proficiently in Italian
Person specification:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential – Italian to the level of a native speaker with fluent English
- Prior customer service experience
- Purchasing experience would be desirable but not essential as full training is provided
- A professional work ethic, be passionate and want to offer customers the highest level of customer services
- IT literate with the ability to pick up other systems quickly
- To be proactive and work on your own initiative
- Be a good team player and committed to your work
- Full driving licence with your own vehicle is a must due to office location

- Base salary from £19,000 to £21,000 per annum depending on experience
