Front-End React Developer

My client is an established digital agency that are now looking to recruit a junior/mid-level Front End React Developer on a full-time, permanent basis. This is largely a remote based role with occasional office working in Derby (4 times per month).

Role responsibilities:

• Building and developing front-end of websites using React
• Understanding client requirements and utilising your front-end development experience to create user-friendly, visually appealing websites
• Work closely with all other departments within the organisation
• Use the latest tools and technologies
• Be reactive to changing priorities and demands within the business

Essential requirements:

• Commercial React front-end development experience
• Minimum 1 year experience with developing and implementing React based applications using NextJS
• Proficient with JavaScript, SASS/CSS, HTML and front-end concepts
• Knowledge of React-based frameworks (e.g. NextJS, React Native, Redux)
• Responsive web design techniques
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills
• Organised approach to work with strong attention to detail
• Working to deadlines whilst maintaining high quality standards
