My client is one of the UK’s most popular manufacturers and approved installers of double-glazing windows, doors and conservatories and has been trading for over 50 years. The company has established an enviable reputation for high quality products and great customer service with a highly ethical and honest culture. They’re now seeking a an Admin Assistant / Receptionist on a full-time basis to cover maternity for an initial period of between 6-9 months.

 

Role responsibilities:

  • Customer service
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls and redirect when appropriate (logging CRM, send email messages straightway) / Log new jobs from phone calls
  • Admin works as directed by the Admin Manager
  • Showroom visits
  • Admin support for all members of the team
  • Keeping the database system up to date and sending out appropriate letters to customers when directed
  • General filing / Scanning
  • Supporting the Trade team
  • Following up payments
  • Taking customers deposits
  • Managing Certass registrations
  • Anything else that may be required for the good of the company

 

Essential candidate requirements:

  • You will have very good telephone manner to deal with some incoming enquiries.
  • Have good computer skills
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • You will have admin and secretarial experience in an office environment
  • Be willing to help all members of the team
  • Will have excellent organisational skills

 

What’s on offer:

  • £10.00 per hour
  • Great location in Team Valley Retail Park
  • Working hours: Mon to Thu 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 3pm
  • In house training provided.
